Robin Hood - the Panto!

Cubbington Players continue their tradition of wonderful family pantomimes with the all new "Robin Hood - the Panto" at Cubbington village hall on January 29th and 30th, and on February 5th and 6th. The script has been created by the Cubbington Players own writing team and features some highly original characters. Look out for Sir Lunchalot of Lillington and Sir Cumference of Cubbington, for instance!

Newcomer Cathy McKenzie plays the lovely but feisty Maid Marian, opposite the imposing form of James Suther as Robin Hood. Paul West is a great pantomime dame in the role of Marian's nanny, Cheery Chinwag. To say more about the cast would be to give away too much of the plot; suffice it to say that this is a panto that despite its unique twist on the Robin Hood story is traditional through and through. Expect fun and action, slapstick and songs, with plenty of audience participation!
