About Leek Wootton Village Hall

Leek Wootton Millennium Village Hall stands on the site of the old village hall, a former World War I barrack hut that had been erected on the recreation ground in 1926.

The new hall was opened in 1999 and offers a spacious, modern environment with all mod-cons. As well as the galleried main hall (12m x 8.15m), there is a comfortable meeting room upstairs (6.1m x 4.25), fully equipped kitchen (with 6-burner gas oven, fridge and crockery, etc.), and male, female and disabled toilet facilities.

It stands on the Recreation Ground, has patio-style doors that can be opened onto a lawned area, ideal for adjoining a marquee, and enjoys the use of the Recreation Ground car park, giving provision for ample car parking away from the road.
